The Washi paper is finished with multiple layers of protective coating to ensure it’s longevity but it is recommended that you protect items from water, humidity, steam and chemicals. We also recommend you store your earrings in the box provided and in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.  However, if your item is faulty or damaged, we will happily exchange your item or refund you 100%.

Please note:

• We will only swap or exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.

• For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.

• We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
