Return Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.  However, if you item is faulty or damaged, we will happily exchange your item or refund you 100%. 


Please note:

  • We will only swap or exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.

  • For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.

  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

How to Swap/Return.

Email and let us know what you are returning/wanting to swap and why.

  • We will require a proof of purchase (order confirmation). 

  • Send it back to us using track and trace methods.

  • We will inspect the product on its return, and we reserve the right to refuse exchange should we evaluate the product to not be in the original condition.

  • Once we have received your item, you will hear from us via email.
