Unfortunately we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you item is faulty or damaged, we will happily exchange your item or refund you 100%.
We will only swap or exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
How to Swap/Return.
Email and let us know what you are returning/wanting to swap and why.
We will require a proof of purchase (order confirmation).
Send it back to us using track and trace methods.
We will inspect the product on its return, and we reserve the right to refuse exchange should we evaluate the product to not be in the original condition.
Once we have received your item, you will hear from us via email.
